Key Responsibilities
Account & Sales Management
- Supervise and drive sales of both new and existing products and services within the Energy & Transport sectors.
- Develop and execute account strategies to increase sales and market share across Oil & Gas, Marine, and Facility segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drilling contractors, rig owners, and key stakeholders, positioning Caterpillar as the partner of choice.
Project & Operations Oversight
- Project manage jobs from quotation stage through to delivery, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently for the customer.
- Coordinate across internal teams (Parts, Service, Logistics, Offshore Support) to guarantee timely delivery and high service standards.
- Supervise offshore labor planning and deployment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Customer Experience & Problem Solving
- Act as the single point of contact for key accounts, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
- Be proactive in identifying potential problems and thinking on your feet to provide practical solutions.
- Ensure smooth execution of contracts, from parts quotation, core returns, invoicing, to offshore service support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in Key Account Management, Sales, or Project Management, ideally in Oil & Gas, Marine, or Energy sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Caterpillar gensets and engines is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems quickly.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including offshore site visits.
