Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software and network related issues.
  • Manage, maintain, monitor and perform troubleshooting for computers, servers, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WIFI/VPN).
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform system checks, backups, restoration, and testing to ensure business continuity.
  • Monitor the health and performance of computers, backup, servers, and network connectivity.
  • Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and ensuring network stability.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of network security measures (firewalls, VPNs).
  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and update inventory for IT assets, including hardware, software licenses and disposal.
  • Assist in planning, implementation, and completion of IT-related projects.
  • Assist in liaising with IT vendors for support, procurement, and service-related issues.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills
  • Possess Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience.
  • Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail & Google Drive).
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Gemini AI, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
  • Basic understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
