IT Infrastructure Executive is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's on premise IT infrastructure to ensure stability, security and high system availability. This role focuses on day-to-day infrastructure operations, incident management, system maintenance, and coordination with vendors to support uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Operations

• Support daily operations of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and backup systems.
• Perform routine system monitoring, health checks, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Assist in incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
• Support capacity planning, system enhancements, and infrastructure upgrades as assigned.

System Security & Business Continuity

• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security controls in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PDPA).
• Support backup operations and disaster recovery (DR) processes, including documentation, testing and periodic reviews.
• Ensure servers and systems are regularly patched, updated, and protected against security vulnerabilities.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for infrastructure maintenance and technical support.
• Track and manage service requests, incidents, and hardware/software issue with vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date IT Infrastructure documentation, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Project & Cross-Functional Support

• Provide technical support for infrastructure-related projects such as system upgrades, server deployment, and network improvements.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and application teams to ensure smooth system integration and operations.
• Perform other IT infrastructure and operational duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in IT Infrastructure, system administration, or IT operations support.
• Proven experience supporting on‑premise servers, networks, and basic IT security controls.

Technical Skills

• Windows and/or Linux server administration.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, firewall fundamentals).
• Backup and recovery solutions.
• System monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge is an advantage.
