Server & Network Administration
- Administer and maintain organization network infrastructure, including information security & privacy, disaster recovery, network integration, virtualization, mobile infra, web & CMS hosting, IT Security, Risk, Data Backup & Recovery, server administration, data center and patch update at HQ & branch offices
- Ensure appropriate security measures are in place and risk management including executing IT BCP/DRP and manage local DR and remote DR for ensuring continuity in business operation.
- Ensure quality of network infrastructure services and system uptime to reach business support goals with network and server performance reports.
- Monitor server & network performance, security violations and WAN/LAN/WLAN stability. Implement and enforce security and audit requirements.
- Execute and implement IT Infrastructure project for enhancing stability and performance of IT system. Enhance or recommend IT solution as to support business users growth
- Manage data backup implementation and capacity planning for the company IT system.
- Provide second level technical troubleshooting and support IT infra system
- Keep abreast with the latest IT Infrastructure and technology to ensure skill sets is relevant for the business
- Ensure compliance of regulatory requirement, company policies and procedures while adhering to standard operating policies & procedure for IT infrastructure
- Maintain complete documentation in both project implementation and network administration
- Participate in product evaluation, coordinate the arrangement of the POC (proof of concept)
- Involve in maintaining intranet website using SharePoint
ServiceDesk (PC Support)
- Support and monitor service desk via ticketing system to ensure meeting KPI/SLA and high user satisfaction
- Provide daily IT operation support in computer & network support, asset tagging, asset & license inventory control, asset disposal and mobile devices deployment
- Support new office network infra planning and setup
- User coaching, guidance & training
- Coordinate outsourcing services for offsite office IT operation support
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and technology policies and procedures
- Implement IT projects according SOP
- Explore latest feature for IT and related OS like Windows, Mac, iOS (iPad) and Android.
- Kaspersky anti-virus deployment and monitoring for endpoint
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology related field.
- Professional Certification such as CCNA, ITIL, MCSE, MCTS or MCSA and VCP-Data Center is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year experience which includes implementing and supporting the following core IT technologies: Windows 10/Windows 11, Windows Server, VMWare Virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Veeam, VLANs and VPN.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft office 365 applications
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
