Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee warehouse outbound team.
• Plan inventory replenishment and assign orders for pickers.
• Monitor quality check and packing process.
• Planning the daily activities to achieve the target in terms of productivity and SLA.
• Able to ensure processed orders are dispatched in a timely manner and according to schedule.
• Coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
• Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems.
• Ability to operate various handling equipment, i.e. hand pallet truck, will be advantageous.
• Possess continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Follow safe warehouse practices.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least PMR/SPM.
• Have experience with a fulfilment warehouse.
• Multi-tasking, careful, attention to details, strong integrity, sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines.
• Preferably specialising in the Fulfilment process.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Required language(s): English, Malay.
