Job description

Overview

This is a full-time Finance Executive position available at the APM Group of Companies located in Bukit Beruntung, Rawang, Selangor. The role is integral to managing costs and monitoring key financial metrics to drive continuous profitability improvement, and liaising with China-based stakeholders when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A team to support strategic decision‑making, manage risk, and maximize company profitability while aligning with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial and business analysis for operations/products to improve profitability and financial performance.
• Develop business plans and financial projections for strategic initiatives or new products to support management decision‑making.
• Manage key cost drivers and identify areas of improvement and cost savings.
• Support business or function heads in achieving business strategy and financial KPIs.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and quarterly financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare and review product costing for pricing and quotation to customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred (eg. ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA).
• Preferable in costing, financial planning & analysis, financial reporting with minimum 1‑2 years of experience.
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia with strong verbal and written communication skills.
