Job description

Conduct market research to identify and evaluate customer needs

Actively seeking out for new sales opportunities, identify leads and undertake sales calls and close deals with clients

Sell exhibition space, upsell and cross-sell additional services

Provide innovative ideas to achieve sales target and improve customer experience

Coordinate all events requirements with appointed contractors, suppliers and internal supporting departments to ensure smooth operations of the event.

Actively participate at all events assigned for supervision and troubleshooting during setup, staging and tear down and provide further assistance to the clients.

Handle enquiries, prepare quotations and present the proposal to prospective clients

Ensure all events organised are in compliance with the Health and Safety policy

Working closely with management to ensure sales strategies are in line with the marketing of the business

Requirements

Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree qualification
