A leading automotive service provider in Malaysia is seeking an Executive for Customer Service/Telemarketing. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing inquiries, and facilitating appointments related to used cars. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with a sales-oriented mindset. Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous, but not required. The position demands flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

About You
CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales ,Customer Service (B2C). We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your duties identifying potential customers and setting Free Test Drive appointments / Video Car Tour.

Your Day-To-Day

Perform Outbound Calls based on leads assigned by Team Leads via CARSOME’s CRM system & also handle leads via CARSOMEWhatsApp platform

Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, product & service offerings.

Support customers in account registration,test drive appointments and also car booking

Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled

Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction

Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using Carsome Telesales tools provided.

Your Know How

Education- SPM/Diploma/Degree

Able to work under a fast phase environment Have a positive mindset, sales oriented person

Candidate with high integrity in values Prior professional experience in automotive industry preferred but not compulsory.

Candidate must will to work alternate 6 days Candidate must will to work on Public holiday and Weekend

Office location - The Ascent Kelana Jaya

Strong, English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills, mandarin will be plus
