Responsibilities
  1. Assist media relations: maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets; draft and distribute press releases; help manage media inquiries to support a positive corporate image.
  2. Assist in managing company reputation: support communication efforts to maintain and protect the company’s brand and image; monitor corporate brand health through basic social listening tools; assist in planning and executing CSR programs and events.
  3. Support content creation and dissemination through social media, newsletters, media, and the company website.
  4. Prepare reports and presentations to compile data and assist in preparing materials to track initiatives and update stakeholders and management.
  5. Assist in coordinating internal and external communications related to donations and sponsorships and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of communication principles and strategies.
  • Experience with various communication channels and platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
