As our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement creative, innovative menus that showcase your culinary expertise
  • Manage and lead a team of skilled chefs, providing guidance, training and mentorship
  • Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to strict health and safety standards
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute catering events and functions
  • Continuously seek ways to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity and cost‑effectiveness
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Dirasa F&B Catering's reputation for exceptional cuisine
