We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team, providing essential support to the Business Development Manager and serving as a crucial force for execution and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional ready to contribute directly to our growth initiatives within the financial services and fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities
I. Strategic Support & Market Assistance
  • Assist the Business Development Manager with market research and analysis to support the conceptualisation of new products, projects, and services.
  • Help prepare and compile data for feasibility studies and business cases required for new fintech product initiatives.
  • Support collaboration with internal teams (Product, Operations, Legal) by organising meeting documentation and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks related to new initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing initial drafts and materials for commercial term discussions, proposals, and legal documentation.
II. Partnership & Stakeholder Facilitation
  • Assist in researching and identifying potential international partners for cross-border financial settlements.
  • Support the initial outreach and follow-up communication to schedule meetings and facilitate the negotiation process.
  • Act as a facilitator between new partners and internal stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, IT) to ensure a smooth and efficient integration and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner engagement and ensure all required documentation is complete.
III. Execution, Operational Efficiency & Reporting
  • Provide necessary administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the business development department.
  • Prepare clear and engaging presentations for internal and external meetings, accurately communicating progress and proposals.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments to increase the overall efficiency and bandwidth of the Business Development Manager.
