Executive Assistant to Chief Development Officer
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Development Officer, with a primary focus on the C&I Solar portfolio. This role will also coordinate compliance and corporate secretarial requirements across relevant entities, ensuring smooth governance and operational efficiency—especially in preparation for upcoming corporate exercises.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and organize the CDO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedule coordination
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and meeting documents for internal and external engagements
- Support communication and correspondence on behalf of the CDO, ensuring professionalism and prompt response
- Assist in monitoring project deliverables, status tracking, and reporting updates to CDO
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution, documentation, and follow-ups
- Maintain structured documentation for development initiatives and related business proposals
Compliance & Corporate Governance
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, legal counsels, and company secretaries on compliance and corporate secretarial matters
- Support entity-related filings, board documentation, and statutory requirements
- Ensure proper documentation control and timely submission for all governance processes
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain confidential files, records, and document management systems
- Organize meetings, take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely completion
- Perform other assigned tasks to ensure smooth operations within the Development function
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Executive Assistant, PMO, or corporate support roles — experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or corporate governance is an advantage
- Strong coordination, organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital collaboration tools
