Key Accountabilities
  • Supervise the team to ensure accurate and timely document processing.
  • Assist Team Lead in administering the finance processes, reconciliation of accounts and other reporting requirements.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to further streamline the management of accounting transactions.
  • Identify best practices that lead in productivity and process standardization of the finance functions.
  • Assist Team Lead to perform end-to-end accounting functions.
  • Supervise the accuracy, completeness and timely document processing as well as compliance with the related Group Policies and Procedures.
  • To supervise Accounts Payable activities including document processing performed by Analysts
  • Prepare routine reports and other documents as requested
  • Generate reports and analysis for management reporting, audit and forecasting purposes
Qualifications and Working Experience
  • Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate is preferable
  • Relevant working experience in Finance function, experience in a supervisory position
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Strong customer relationship skills, excellent communication both in writing and verbally
  • Strong leadership quality and experience in managing a team would be an advantage
