Job Overview
As an Ancillary Revenue Analyst, you will play a key role in driving airline ancillary revenue performance through data-driven insights and pricing initiatives. You will monitor route-level performance, identify revenue optimisation opportunities, and support pricing and campaign strategies across the ancillary portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure effective execution of revenue initiatives while supporting small-scale projects that contribute to overall commercial performance.
What You’ll Champion
- Monitor ancillary revenue performance at route level and recommend strategies to optimise revenue outcomes.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across multiple data sources including revenue performance, customer feedback, and marketing data to identify revenue maximisation opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to management.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to support ancillary pricing and promotional strategies.
- Evaluate the impact of price changes and sales campaigns on ancillary revenue performance.
- Support ancillary base fare filing and execute tactical pricing adjustments where required.
- Collaborate closely with Route Revenue, Pricing Operations, Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of pricing and revenue initiatives.
- Manage small-scale projects as part of ongoing project management responsibilities.
- Support additional ad-hoc tasks as required to meet business needs.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Actuarial Science.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience; prior exposure to aviation, airline strategy, or ancillary revenue management will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, with working knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides, Tableau / Data Studio, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Google ecosystem tools such as G Suite, Looker Studio, and BigQuery is preferred.
