Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Reporting Analyst to generate, verify, and distribute reports accurately. Responsibilities include providing analytical support and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of Power BI are required. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate, verify, and distribute periodic and ad-hoc reports accurately and on time.
  • Provide analytical and reporting support to the Management team.
  • Perform data analysis to support business insights and ongoing reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal company policies, BNM guidelines, and all other regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
  • Provide accurate and reliable data to Finance and Risk departments for overall Credit Management performance.
  • Offer constructive feedback and insights to relevant departments to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Perform any additional tasks or assignments as required by Management.
Qualifications
  • Diploma, Degree, or professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Fresh graduate encouraged!
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in collections, reporting, or related fields.
  • Exposure to credit management or banking/financial operations is an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications with strong PC literacy.
  • Good communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
