About the job Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for building repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage building management costs.
  • Providing support in term of obtaining quotes, contractors for timely maintenance of stores.
  • To be always â on call â and available to provide support to stores during weekends and public holidays.
  • To provide support to team members in Department if they are absent or on leave.
  • Ensure smooth and speedy communication with landlord requiring his/her action and response.
  • Ensure tasks assigned are completed within the deadline given.
  • Monitor & control building safety & health.
  • Ensure Alarm & CCTV are in good working condition.
  • Ensure building/ branches with valid fire certificate, PMA license for lift & escalator, valid license for fire extinguisher.

Job Requirements

  • Certified Chargeman.
  • 2-5 years experience in Facility & Maintenance for retail industry
  • Observant, quick to respond for matters relating to facility & maintenance.
  • Diploma holder.
  • Able to travel on a frequent basis and possess own transport with a valid driver's license
  • Able to meet deadlines
