Job Summary

Responsible for the smooth operation of all matters pertaining to office administration matters. Assist in effective planning and management of overall office administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and negotiate with contractors/suppliers for favorable contracts/terms of contract inclusive of credit term for settlement of job done.
  • Source and maintain a reliable group of suppliers who provide good services, best rates and terms to the company and review such provision on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for day to day maintenance and cleanliness of the office and surrounding area, ie lighting, office renovation, plumbing, air cond, office security, corporate travel business program, routine maintenance inspection, asset tagging etc.
  • Ensure timely purchase of office equipment, office furniture etc.
  • Ensure timely payment to contractors/suppliers.
Qualifications
  • Degree Holder or any other related qualifications.
Skills & Abilities
  • Effective communication skills, good negotiation skills.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
  • 2 years experience would be good but fresh graduate are welcome to apply too.
