Responsibilities

• To maintain and enhance the warranty processing (WCCS) and Perodua Warranty Information System (PEWARIS) and analysis system by ensuring its smooth operation, upgrading functionalities as needed and troubleshooting system errors.
• Responsible for cleaning, organizing and preparing data sets to support accurate and effective analysis.
• Working closely with Executive (data analysis) and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Experience in warranty management, customer satisfaction, quality or after sales in automotive industry is an advantage.
• Strong IT knowledge with good understanding in database management, system analysis and data processing & automation.
• Have basic programming skills (SQL/VBA/Power BI).
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good problem solving and analytical mindset.
