Job summary

A leading technology company in Puchong is seeking a Tender Administrator to manage and coordinate tender activities. You will prepare and review tender documents, ensure compliance with regulations, and liaise with clients. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or Marketing, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a significant advantage. Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate end-to-end tender administration activities.

Prepare, compile, and review tender documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate inputs from sales, technical, finance, procurement, and management teams.

Ensure all tender requirements, forms, and supporting documents are complete and submitted on time.

Manage tender submissions via online portals, email, or physical delivery.

Monitor tender portals for new opportunities, clarifications, and addenda.

Liaise with clients and vendors regarding tender queries and documentation.

Maintain tender records, tracking logs, and submission status reports.

Support post-tender activities including clarifications, contract documentation, and handover.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and tender procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of professional services in business development or tender.

Must have experience with Windows based programs and advance Microsoft Excel skills a huge plus an added advantage.
