We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Graphic Design Executive to support our marketing initiatives and brand presence. The role combines graphic design execution with marketing campaign planning and implementation, ensuring visually compelling and effective communication across digital and offline channels.
Design high-quality visuals for:
Social media ads and posts
Posters, flyers, and promotional materials
Website banners, landing pages, and digital assets
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Adapt and resize creatives for multiple platforms and formats
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visual concepts
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
Support social media marketing activities, including ad creatives and content calendars
Coordinate with vendors, printers, or external agencies when required
Track campaign performance and suggest creative or tactical improvements
Support product launches, events, and promotional activities
Assist with basic copy alignment for visuals (headlines, CTAs, captions)
Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all marketing materials
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and design best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing and graphic design (experience may vary based on company needs)
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, and branding
Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience with video editing or motion graphics
Knowledge of website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
Familiarity with paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
Basic understanding of SEO and analytics
