A training organization in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual to coordinate training logistics, assist the Training Manager, and manage vendor relationships. Candidates should possess strong project management and communication skills, along with attention to detail. Training Organization: Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, training materials, equipment, and administration of PropNex U programs.
Support Training Manager: Assist in scheduling, managing training data, and ensuring smooth program execution.
Vendor Management: Handle procurement processes, payments, and financial reporting related to training events.
Data Tracking & Reporting: Record and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess training effectiveness.
Course Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of courses, handle participant inquiries, and monitor attendance.
Enhance Participant Experience: Optimize processes to improve the overall experience for training attendees.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, or fresh graduates with strong potential and relevant skills will be considered.
