We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and special occasions. Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event requirements and objectives. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setups, transportation, and accommodations. Ensure seamless execution on the day of the event.
  • Vendor Coordination: Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Oversee and manage relationships with external partners to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of event professionals and volunteers. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure effective teamwork to achieve event goals.
  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints. Monitor expenses, provide regular financial reports, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
