Requirement
  • Previous experience in event management or coordination is required.
  • Proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Premiere Pro for photo and video editing.
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa to ensure smooth communication with clients and vendors. Strong vendor management and communication skills, particularly in global event coordination.
  • Solid understanding of merchandise logistics and inventory management.
Responsibility
  • Oversee the complete event planning, coordination, and execution of all Global Expos.
  • Capture photos and videos during the event to highlight key moments.
  • Develop and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, plugins, and other resources.
  • Handle logistics and day-to-day operations for events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Coordinate and track merchandise for the event, ensuring all items are delivered on time.
  • Keep an organized inventory list and communicate with suppliers and vendors across different regions to manage stock.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with global vendors.
  • Manage and oversee the creation of event-related materials, including marketing content and merchandise for expos.
  • Ensure event video and promotional materials are prepared and delivered in time for the event.
  • Work closely with Country Managers (CMs) and the HQ design team to compile post‑event media and materials.
  • Prepare detailed post‑event reports, including statistical data, branding visibility, total deposits, and a summary of direct clients and IB events.
  • Handle event registrations, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Assist sales teams with inquiries and support them in event‑related activities, including managing expo payments.
  • Research and identify global expos that align with company objectives and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the logistics of participating in selected expos, ensuring the successful execution of the company’s presence.
  • Ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by manager or senior.
