PARADIGM EVENT & MICE SDN BHD. is seeking an experienced and talented Event Coordinator or Event Executive to join our dynamic team in Butterworth, Penang. This full‑time role will be responsible for coordinating and executing a diverse range of events, from corporate conferences to high‑profile galas and beyond. What you’ll be doing

• Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on‑site event management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualise and deliver unique, engaging event experiences for our clients.
• Handle event logistics, such as event schedules, event collateral, and attendee management.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring seamless event delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on event performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support the teamwork and development of team members.
