An automotive service provider in Ipoh is seeking a customer service representative to manage service appointments, document customer concerns, and provide updates during the vehicle servicing process. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, hold a Class 3 Singapore Driving License, and be proficient in both English and Mandarin to assist Chinese-speaking customers.
Listen and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.
Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs.
Service Consultation and Coordination
Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.
Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring satisfaction.
To act according to the principles of the core processes of After Sales.
Monitoring the progress on the repairs/service and keep customer updated of the status on the repairs of their car.
Provide quotations for repair of customer’s car including body/paint repair jobs.
Administration
Process service orders, invoices, and payments.
Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
Communicating with customers for approval to carry out additional repairs on their cars whenever necessary.
Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Relevant experience in Automotive Industry or with automotive technical knowledge will be an advantage.
Obtain at least Class 3 Singapore Driving License.
Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin to handle Chinese speaking customers.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high level of customer service.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
Strong organizational, multitasking and communications abilities.
