Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the EV bike project, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive the design, engineering, manufacturing, and deployment of the electric bikes
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to optimise efficiency and profitability
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement appropriate contingency plans to ensure successful project outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to align on project requirements and deliver exceptional results
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the project team to foster a positive and productive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or transportation industries
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong technical understanding of electric vehicle technologies, with the ability to interpret engineering specifications and design requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and clients
• Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g. MS Project)
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in EV motor, inverter, or e-powertrain projects
• Knowledge of automotive development processes (APQP, PPAP, V-model)
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Primavera, etc.)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
