Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in technical roles, particularly with EUC software.
• Familiarity with third-party archive systems like Symantec Enterprise Vault is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, configuring and supporting EUC software at client sites.
• Provide support to project rollouts in implementing and deploying EUC software.
• Help perform audits to assess discrepancies between IT configurations.
• Troubleshoot basic software issues, escalating complex issues to senior engineers.
• Provide support to client IT managers under minimal supervision.
• Participate in testing phases and verification procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
