A leading technology company is seeking a Product Data Management Change Coordinator in Penang, Malaysia. This key role involves managing part numbers, BOMs, and ensuring accurate data representation within ERP systems. Responsibilities include coordinating Engineering Change Orders and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1-3 years of experience in Engineering data management, particularly in a medical equipment context.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Engineering data management experience, preferably in medical equipment manufacturing.
• Previous experience in Engineering change management in a complex manufacturing environment.
• In-depth understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Engineering Change Order (ECO) for product release of BOMs.
• Assign internal Part Numbers and load material master views.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to implement approved changes and update BOMs.
