Department: Digital Transformation Department

Objectives

To drive digital transformation initiatives by analyzing business processes, implementing effective ERP and digital solutions, and leveraging strong technical integration expertise. This role will support cross‑functional teams in designing, configuring, and delivering scalable solutions that optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Configuration

• Assist in configuring, customizing, and optimizing ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP).
• Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Support data migration, integration setup, and environment preparatn

Integration & Automation

• Design and implement system integrations using APIs, middleware, or custom scripts.
• Develop automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to interfaces, data flows, and system connectivity.

Digital Transformation Solutions

• Analyze current business processes and recommend digital tools or improvements.
• Implement software solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and operational visibility.
• Support the development and rollout of new digital features and enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, designers, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions.
