Job summary

A semiconductor technology firm in Malaysia is looking for an Equipment Engineer to install, maintain, and improve production equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a semiconductor environment and should be proficient in both Mandarin and English. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, optimizing equipment performance, and providing training to production staff. This role is crucial for minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient production processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.

At least 2 years of experience as an Equipment Engineer in semiconductor environment; Experienced in managing sputter (PVD/PECVD/Dry etcher); or wafer saw and taping equipment/grinding/ Laser grooving

The above positions require proficiency in Mandarin, English, as the position involves frequent coordination and reporting to the Taiwan headquarters and Mandarin-speaking clients.
