Responsibilities

• Design and cost estimation, especially in HVAC and General Process Utility.
• Support and advise clients to secure and obtain projects.
• Attend meetings with clients, authorities, and sub-contractors.
• Propose solutions aligned with client needs and budget.
• Ensure submissions and approvals from relevant authorities.
• On-site supervision and coordination with sub-contractors.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure timelines are met.
• Explain technical specifics clearly to peers and clients.
