Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Civil Engineer to handle the detailed design of buildings and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have a good grasp of structural analysis and design codes. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in structural design are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with design software such as SAP2000 and STAADPro is advantageous but not essential. Fluency in English is required for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering preferably recognised by BEM.
• Good knowledge of steel and reinforced concrete structural analysis.
• Conversant with the latest design codes.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed design of buildings and civil infrastructure works.
• Prepare calculations and review structural design drawings.
• Work with Qualified Person to develop design scheme.
