Where You Come In
  • You execute the preparation, testing, and analysis of chemical solutions to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications.
  • You maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments (e.g., YSI, Viscometer, pH Meter, weighting scale) to ensure accurate results.
  • You ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals in compliance with OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
  • You conduct Preventive and Reparative Maintenance duties on Solution Lab Equipment and Fixtures.
  • You maintain appropriate documents PM documents, Pass-downs, Track-it work orders and performs IQ/OQ’s, equipment validations. Helps maintain spare part inventories.
  • You support the execution of equipment qualifications and execution as needed, eg weighting scale, viscometer, pH meter, magnetic stirrer and optical inspection metrology etc.
  • You collaborate with cross functional teams generally (Engineering, Manufacturing and QA) and US Solution Manufacturing team specifically to support the improvement and implementation of replicate Engineering Solution Manufacturing in Malaysia focusing on wet solution preparations and perform checking to determine its quality.
  • You able to use Hand and Power tools, Multimeters, Amp Meters, Manufacture test equipment, Calipers, and solution measurement technology like Viscometer, pH meter etc.
  • You perform all assigned tasks with appropriate safety requirements.
  • You follow Dexcom’s Safety and Lock Out/Tag out (LOTO) program.
  • You are required to work any shift, including weekends.
  • You can perform other duties as assigned.

  • You must have general computer skills
  • You can read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical documents related to equipment specifications
  • You can write routine reports, pass downs and correspondence
  • You can effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, engineers and managers
  • You can interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, schematic, blue print, equipment drawing, or schedule form
  • You can troubleshoot and maintain solution lab production /process equipment. Perform equipment moves and setups. Work with external supplier for the equipment PM if the work can only be done by the OEM supplier.
  • You can perform equipment activities in equipment setup under supervision of the process/equipment engineers. Activities include assembly and testing of equipment, fixtures, processes and/or hardware, completing engineering studies and validations.
  • You have excellent communication (written and verbal) and personal interaction skills
  • You can work in a fast paced / dynamic team environment and possess time management skills to meet schedules
