Job description

Engineer - Product Competence (1 year contract)

Oversee all phases of engineering projects (including proof of concept and large-scale projects) to ensure timely completion within budget.

Develop and implement operational plans, monitor progress against schedules and budgets, and resolve issues to minimize delays.

Identify and secure necessary resources, select and manage external contractors, and coordinate with internal teams for specialized contributions.

Prepare engineering standards, designs, and specifications; build prototypes; conduct tests; analyze results; and produce detailed reports with recommendations.

Estimate costs, resources, and timelines; allocate tasks; set priorities; and track performance to meet project targets and milestones.

Perform competitor analysis, engage in research collaborations, troubleshoot product issues, and implement improvements for future product development.
