About us

Your Contribution

• Participate in developing and designing Enterprise Network Architecture including Office & Production LAN / WLAN concept.
• Participate in developing & designing WAN Routing Concept.
• Manages and support Network Incident tickets - Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating network issues with users.
• Implement Network Change Requests such as for LAN, WLAN, DNS, DHCP or Firewall Rules.
• Network Monitoring of network alerts and performance.
• Manage Network Devices - Perform regular maintenance checks and software updates.
• Maintain network documentation for configurations, topologies, or network procedures.
• Manages and handles TAC and WAN Provider support tickets.
• Travel Required for Project Implementation.
• Mentoring and Coaching other Network Team members.
• Keeps up to date with technology supported by the network operations team and ensures familiarity with modern technologies that may be supported by the operations team in the future.
• Participate in on Call and shift Rotation - including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Network or Communications field, with 5 years’ related work experience
• Hands-On experience with Cisco and HP Aruba products.
• Experience with Enterprise LAN Switching and Routing.
• Experience with WAN Technologies and protocols such as SD-WAN, MPLS and routing Protocols i.e. BGB, EIGRP and OSPF.
• Good understanding of Wireless LAN networking concepts.
• Good knowledge in the following key areas: Firewall, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, Monitoring System.
• Hands-On experience in configuring network devices i.e. switch, wireless AP/Controller and Firewall.
• Familiarity with network hardware and software.
• Good communication in English and teamwork skills.
• Good in documentation and use tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel.
• High level problem-solving and communication skills.
