Job summary

A technology company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking an experienced IT professional to support daily operations and implement new strategies. You will be responsible for managing IT preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in IT and has at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system administration and technical support.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot IT equipment problems and provide a resolution and improvement.
• Managing IT documentation includes both administrative and technical aspects.

Overview

Addition manpower to support IT department on daily operations (remoting, onsite and standby).

To manage company asset for preventive maintenance, asset sighting and documentation.

The improvement plan is currently underway, but we require additional personnel to support daily operations and implement new strategies from the IT group.

Responsibilities

• In charge of organising IT preventive maintenance and unplanned jobs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot IT equipment problems and provide a resolution and improvement.
• Managing IT documentation includes both administrative and technical aspects, ensuring proper record-keeping, system configuration tracking and support for operational and strategic IT initiatives.
