Position Overview

We are seeking an Engineer Assistant with a passion for engineering to ensure exceptional customer service. This position requires fluency in Mandarin and English and the ability to work night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through email and online platforms (basic technical inquiries, order status follow‑up, issue clarification).
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order delivery.
• Handle after‑sales questions, complaints, and track solutions.
• Collect customer feedback and assist in improving service processes.
• Work with the team to meet performance goals and accept day/night shift rotations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Engineering or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year experience is an advantage.
• Good Chinese & English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong problem‑solving ability, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn quickly.
