  • Keep detailed records of all on-site activities.

Responsibilities
  1. On‑Site Installation & Setup:
    • Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of AI/IT solutions at customer locations, ensuring smooth implementation.
    • Support the technical setup and integration of hardware/software systems.
  2. Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
    • Provide technical support to customers on‑site, troubleshooting issues with the installed systems.
    • Perform routine maintenance and ensure system uptime, resolving technical issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Field Testing & Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct testing of new equipment and software to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Provide feedback to the development and product teams regarding performance and potential improvements.
  4. Customer Support & Training:
    • Work closely with clients, offering training on how to operate the equipment and software solutions effectively.
    • Ensure a high level of customer service, addressing technical queries and providing timely resolutions.
  5. Collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams:
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, R&D, and Customer Service to ensure customer requirements are met and technical challenges are addressed promptly.
  6. Documentation & Reporting:
    • Keep detailed records of all on‑site activities, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting steps.
    • Provide reports to management regarding project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
