About Our Client
One of the fastest-growing CFD brokers, with growth to nearly 250 employees since 2022. Holding licenses of CYSEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission), FSCA (Financial Sector Conduct Authority), and ASIC (Wholesale). With international offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, India, and Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop email marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to align with business goals and target audience segments.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and conversion, utilizing insights from performance metrics.
• Create engaging content for newsletters, promotions, and updates, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
• Personalize email content based on customer segmentation and behavior to enhance relevance and engagement.
• Implement automated workflows to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and re-engage inactive users for improved conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM laws while monitoring deliverability and engagement rates.
• Analyze email metrics to track performance and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Responsible for content creation and writing for email marketing campaigns, including crafting engaging subject lines, persuasive copy, and compelling calls-to-action to drive audience interaction and conversions.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably within the Forex or financial services industry
• Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing email marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
