Responsibilities

• Manage sales client’s account and contract processing.
• Handle documentation submission and liaise with government.
• Maintain up-to-date sales documentation.
• Support the sales team with presentations and proposals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with other departments for product and service delivery.
• Maintain proper filing of all documentation.
