Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize EP and passivation processes for high-quality surface finishing, productivity, and compliance with safety/environmental standards.
• Develop & optimize EP, passivation, anodization parameters
• Troubleshoot process conditions
• Conduct trials & validate parameters
• Support daily EP line operations
• Implement productivity improvements & cost reduction
• Lead root-cause analysis for deviations
• Ensure EHS compliance & train personnel

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of electrochemical processes & bath control
• Knowledge of rectifiers, filtration systems, temperature control units
• SPC/DOE knowledge
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good communication & coordination

Education
