Job description

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
2. To supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.
3. Continuous improvement of work methods aims in reducing unplanned downtime (UPDT), mean time between failure (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR).
4. Responsible for emergency unplanned breakdown, to recognize that the responsibility for site and plant is a 24‑hours, 7‑day week commitment and to be prepared to “call out” at any time.
5. Perform root cause analysis on process interruption incident and complete non‑conformance (NC) in Trackwise application.
6. Provide technical solutions related to machine breakdown issues.
7. Provide analysis of critical spare parts and spare part stock control using PM tools to CMMS.
8. Manage a safe working environment that results in attaining the target of ZERO accident.
9. Plan, direct and coordinate process improvement, maintenance of equipment and machinery according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
