Job summary

A manufacturing company in Selangor is looking for a maintenance technician to oversee plant maintenance for instrumentation and control. Responsibilities include troubleshooting devices, carrying out electrical maintenance during shutdowns, and performing equipment inspections. Job description

Overall supervision on plant maintenance for instrumentation and control, including preventive maintenance

Maintenance and trouble‑shooting of instrumentation and control devices; PLC; DCS; frequency inverters /motor

Attending machine breakdown & able to work on shift

Involve in electrical maintenance activities in plant and workshop

Execute electrical maintenance activities during planned and unplanned shutdown

Perform equipment checklist and inspection at electrical related part and machine

Perform good housekeeping & 5S practice at work area in plant and workshop

Carry out plant expansion and improvement project

Job Requirements

Certificate/Diploma in Mechatronics/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Minimum 1‑2 years relevant working experiences preferably in manufacturing industries

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Able to work in heavy and tough environment, hands‑on, long working hour (if‑needed), shift work and OT

Possess hand‑on knowledge in instrumentation & control/maintenance and good technical skills

Initiatives, fast learner and discipline candidate

Candidates must willing to work in Banting, near KLIA
