INL ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrument Engineer to join our team in Kemaman, Terengganu. As an Electrical & Instrument Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the electrical and instrumentation systems within our engineering operations. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development and growth.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and instrumentation equipment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all electrical and instrumentation assets

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximise equipment uptime and reliability

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards

Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical or Instrument Engineer in the engineering industry

Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including design, installation, and maintenance

Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, PLC programming, and process control systems

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards especially in Oil & Gas Plant

Willingness to travel extensively as per our project.
