Newton Automation (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Electric Engineer to join our dynamic team in Klang, Selangor. As an Electric Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development and maintenance of electrical systems and components for our state-of-the-art automation solutions. Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement electrical systems and components for industrial automation equipment
• Perform electrical calculations, circuit analysis and prepare detailed engineering drawings and documentation
• Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, and provide technical support to production and maintenance teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to deliver integrated automation solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices in electrical engineering
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Fresh graduate from diploma or degree are encouraged to apply
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automation or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, control systems, and industrial automation technologies
• Proficient in the use of CAD software, electrical design tools and project management software
