Job description

We are seeking an Electrical & Electronic Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving electrical and electronic systems used in our products and production equipment. This role provides technical support to manufacturing operations, troubleshoots electrical issues, ensures product quality and compliance, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. The engineer will also support new product introduction (NPI), machine upgrades, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and improve electrical and electronic circuits for production equipment and company products
• Provide technical support to the production floor, including troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and automation-related issues
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency
• Prepare and update wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical drawings
• Support new product development, prototype testing, validation, and NPI activities
• Ensure electrical and electronic components comply with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for electrical faults
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance activities related to electrical and electronic systems
• Evaluate new components, tools, and technologies for performance improvement or cost optimization
• Prepare engineering reports, technical documentation, and specifications
• Train production operators and technicians on basic electrical troubleshooting and safety practices
