To ensure the Plant equipment's is in Safe for operation, always available for operation, develop and implement strategies for improving maintenance work, to enhance plant equipment's performance, increase productivity, reduce breakdown and to sustain lower maintenance and operational cost.
Key Attributes:
- Design and plan electrical systems, including power and Process control system including DCS/Scada
- Design systems using PLC programs and sensor technologies.
- Maintain systems for installation, integration, and operation.
- Maintain and upgrade control systems.
- Use engineering design software to create, modify, and analyze project schematics.
- Understand safety procedures and train team members on safe work practices.
- Lead trouble shooting efforts on automation projects.
- Process and document automation test plans.
- Demonstrate ability to develop and implement Electrical Maintenance strategy at the Plant – Annual Schedule Plant Shutdown, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance and Corrective maintenance.
- Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain Electrical reliability program and set priorities.
- Demonstrate ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrate strengths to take actions in maximizing organization resources for departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate ability to identify technical and management issues in Pasir Gudang Operations and provide appropriate solutions, in maintenance and operation department.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Instrumentation and with Chargeman AO certificate is preferable.
- 5 years experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a similar business.
- 3 years experience in manage Electrical maintenance team.
- 3 years experience in Process instrumentation servicing and application.
- 3 years experience in PLC(Siemens,Nias), DCS/Scada(Siemens WinCC) and varies Motor starter control system.
