The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and 5+ years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the technology sector. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the data center sector.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations including OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001.
• Certification in EHS management such as CSP, CIH, or NEBOSH preferred.

Job responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance.
• Provide EHS training and education to employees, contractors, and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into project planning and execution.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends to senior management.
• Manage emergency response plans and coordinate drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.

Job requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably within the data center or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
