Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Format client press releases, proofread documents with speed and accuracy;
• Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases;
• Ensure all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards;
• Ensure that the team's routine workflow runs smoothly and that tasks are managed properly;
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes;
• Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed;
• Provide regular feedback on operational activities to the supervisor.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 1 year of working experience is preferred, Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply
• Comfort with reading and writing in English, Mandarin, as well as Simplified/Traditional Chinese, is essential
• Highly self-motivated and independent

Work Arrangements

• 5 days a week, 8 hours a day plus 1 hour break time;
• Comfortable for overnight working, from 10 pm to 7 am;
• Comfortable for a roster that may cover weekends, for example, Wednesday to Sunday, or Saturday to Wednesday;
• A successful hire will be trained during daytime office hours for the first few weeks.
