Job summary

A retail and logistics company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. Job description

Create sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and courier labels for eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and intercompany demands.

Coordinate with warehouse and courier logistics for timely delivery of customer requirements.

Support and ensure ERP system transaction discipline and compliance with company procedures.

Drive and support various other projects, duties, and activities as assigned by the manager.

Delegate tasks according to order urgency to ensure they will be completed by the end of the day.

Managing Pick and Pack for the Ecommerce order

Housekeeping Inventory Management

Willing to work 5.5 days per week (Mon - Fri 7.30 AM - 4.30 PM, Sat 7.30 AM - 1 PM).

Any other tasks that are assigned by theManager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 years of demonstrated success in logistics, or any other supply chain-related fields.

A degree or diploma certificate in Supply Chain/ Engineering is preferred for fresh graduates.

Professional certifications in the supply chain will be an added advantage.

Fresh Graduate can apply

Priority will be given to immediate starters.

Able to prepare the documents for Export Air Shipments

Preferred to have permit knowledge for custom clearance for expedited Goods such as AITI, SIRIM, and Lacey Act.
